Tri-County Rheumatology is known for excellence in patient care. Each patient receives compassionate, comprehensive care from our experienced and knowledgeable staff. Patients continue to come to Tri-County Rheumatology because we listen and give each patient the time they deserve for quality care.

The doctors at Tri-County Rheumatology are specialists in treating patients with Rheumatologic conditions. Some of the diseases we commonly treat include Rheumatoid Arthritis, Osteoarthritis, Lupus, Ankylosing Spondylitis, Psoriatic Arthritis, Gout, Fibromyalgia and Osteoporosis. Treatments depend on the disease that you have. Treatment may include oral medications, injectable medications, physical therapy and/or intravenous medications. If you have a disease that requires a biologic medication, we offer an in-office infusion suite.

We are conveniently located in the Medical Office Building on the campus of Holy Redeemer Hospital. Handicap parking is available in front of the Medical Office Building as well as in the parking garage located across from the Medical Office Building. Valet parking is also available.

We are also available by public transportation via Bus Routes 24 and 88 as well as Regional Rail Line R3.

Patients are seen by appointment only.

We participate with most Medicare and Personal Insurances. Our office does not treat Workers Compensation, Motor Vehicle or Personal Injury Cases. Please contact our office to see if we participate with your insurance. Disability and FMLA paperwork will not be discussed and/or completed until you have become an established patient with our practice.

NEW PATIENTS

Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled time so that we may complete the registration process. The following items are required for your Initial Appointment…

  • Completed New Patient Paperwork
  • Medical records (labs, xrays, MRIs, EMGs, recent office notes from referring physician) should be sent to our office prior to your appointment for the doctor to review.
  • Insurance Cards, Prescription Card and Photo ID
  • Referral (if required). Please use NPI# 1033311840
  • Co-pay. We accept cash, check, credit and debit cards.

FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENTS

Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. The following items are required for your Follow Up Appointment…

  • Complete any testing and/or lab work that has been requested of you prior to your return visit.

LATE ARRIVALS

Anytime you suspect you may arrive late for your appointment, please call to inform us as much in advance as possible. If you are more than 10 minutes late, it will be at the discretion of the front staff and providers to determine if there will be adequate time to see you without impacting patients whose appointments follow yours. We certainly take traffic and weather conditions into consideration, and we will always try to accommodate as we all run late sometimes.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

Please note in cases of inclement weather, kindly call the office before coming to your appointment. There will be a message stating if the office is closed, opening late, etc.

CANCELLATIONS

We ask that you contact our office at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
